As Founder and President of Chysik Project Management, Doug Chysik has more than 30 years of experience within the development industry and with that, extensive knowledge of the Richmond Market. This experience has translated into a great reputation with developers, consultants, subcontractors, architects and other industry professionals across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Doug has worked on multifaceted and multimillion-dollar projects within various scopes of construction including residential, commercial and institutional. During his time as Vice President of Construction for Polygon Group, Doug successfully managed the construction of more than 1,600 condominiums and townhomes in the Greater Vancouver area.
